This lot includes three articles of antique children's clothing by Paul Poiret, catalogued from top to bottom, counter-clockwise.

THE FIRST
Child's beach dress/coverup, made of hand-woven silk toweling. Stripes near hem and woven design at neckline. Fringe trim at hem. Unlined.

Exhibited at the Musée Jacquemart-Andre, Poiret le Magnificent, Paris, 1879-1944, January-April 1974. #49 in catalogue.

THE THIRDThe overall condition is poor to fair, in consideration of the antique nature of the garment. Exterior and interior fabrics have deteriorated slightly/weakened due to age.
